In the course of offering our free consumer service we record the IP addresses of visitors to insure the integrity to our systems. Users who choose to register for our services to either report traffic violators or, to better educate themselves about the dangers of aggressive driving are required to provide their full name, mailing address, e-mail address and other personally identifiable data. This data will only be used to build a statistical study of traffic violations and will never be sold, rented, traded or otherwise loaned to any marketing agency nor used for profit making marketing of any-kind. Use of statistical data will/may be used in conjunction with other studies of traffic habits, violations and other various traffic control uses.
Registration Requirements: Registered users must be over the age of 18 and provide their verifiable contact data. As a routine measure we may contact a registered user by phone if necessary to validate a reported violation or, to ask additional information. General Purpose: The statistical information gathered in our database may/will be made available to valid insurance agencies, law enforcement and other civic minded groups looking for a way to maintain safer streets in their own neighborhoods.
